Die Nominierungen für die MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017 sind da!
Als Topfavorit geht der Horrorfilm „Get Out“ mit Daniel Kaluuya und Allison Williams und insgesamt sechs Nominierungen ins Rennen. Unter anderem ist der Streifen als bester Film, für den besten Bösewicht und den besten Schauspieler nominiert.
Jeweils vier Mal im Feld vertreten sind der Film „Beauty and the Beast“ mit Emma Watson und die Mystery-Serie „Stranger Things“.
„Game of Thrones“, „Pretty Little Liars“, „This Is Us“ und „Stranger Things“ gehen als beste TV-Shows ins Rennen.
Ein Novum ist, dass die Schauspieler-Kategorien „geschlechtslos“ geworden sind. Deshalb treten Männlein wie Weiblein gleichermaßen gegeneinander an. U.a. sind das Emma Watson, Hugh Jackman und Taraji P. Henson.
Interessant wird auch das Battle Jeffrey Dean Morgan („The Walking Dead“) und Jared Leto („Suicide Squad“), die sich ein Battle als beste Schurken liefern. Auch hier werden Film & TV vermischt.
Moderiert werden die MTV Movie & TV Awards von Adam DeVine. Am 07. Mai geht die Party los!
