Tyrese Gibson kann aufatmen. Er geht als großer Gewinner des Sorgerechtsstreits mit seiner Ex-Frau Norma Gibson hervor, die ihm jeglichen Kontakt zu Tochter Shyla verwehren wollte.
Norma behauptete, Tyrese hätte seine 10-jährige Tochter „zwischen 12 und 16 Mal“ geschlagen. Der „Fast & Furious“-Star erklärte aber, ihr nur einmal auf den Po gehauen zu haben.
Nun setzte ein Richter einen Schlussstrich unter den dreiwöchigen Rechtsstreit, der den Schauspieler aufgrund der horrenden Anwaltskosten an den Rand der Pleite gebracht haben soll.
Die verhasste Ex wollte eine dauerhafte einstweilige Verfügung erwirken, die das Gericht allerdings abschmetterte. Stattdessen teilen sich ab Januar beide Elternteile das Sorgerecht für das Mädchen.
Tyrese adressierte seinen gewonnenen Prozess auf Instagram. Im Gerichtssaal habe er gehört, wie sich Norma und ihre Anwältin über gemachte Nägel unterhielten. „Ich bin 80+ Tage ohne Shayla und euch geht es um die Nägel?“
