Am Samstagabend wurden in Los Angeles die SAG Awards 2014 vergeben und hier sind die Gewinner!
Als beste Hauptdarsteller wurden Cate Blanchett („Blue Jasmine“) und Matthew McConaughey („Dallas Buyers Club“) ausgezeichnet. Den Preis für den besten Cast ging an den Topfavoriten „American Hustle“.
In der TV-Sparte konnten unter anderem Bryan Cranston („Breaking Bad“), Michael Douglas („Behind the Candelabra“) und Ty Burrell („Modern Family“) abräumen.
Eine Überraschung war, dass Jennifer Lawrence („American Hustle“) nicht den Award für für die beste Nebendarstellerin erhielt. Sie galt bislang als feste Bank in der diesjährigen Award Season, gewann unter anderem einen Golden Globe. Aber wie schon bei den Critics‘ Choice Awards, musste sich die Oscarpreisträgerin Lupita N’Yongo („12 Years A Slave“) geschlagen geben. Die Oscars im März könnten also noch mal spannend werden…
