Einen Tag nach der Verleihung der Critics‘ Choice Awards wurden heute die Golden Globes Nominierungen 2017 bekanntgegeben.
Die Nominierten wurden von den Hollywoodstars Don Cheadle, Laura Dern und Anna Kendrick sowie von den „Miss Golden Globes“ Sophia, Sistine und Scarlet Stallone verlesen.
Traditionell gelten die Globes als Richtungsweiser für die Oscar Verleihung. Wer hier gewinnt, kann sich schon mal an die Arbeit machen und die nächste Rede schreiben.
Zu den Topfavoriten gehört in diesem Jahr „La La Land“ mit seinen Hauptdarstellern Emma Stone und Ryan Gosling. Sieben Mal ist der Streifen nominiert. Ryan Reynolds geht als bester Comedy-Schauspieler für seine Rolle im Antihelden-Film „Deadpool“ ins Rennen. Nominiert sind außerdem Viola Davis („Fences“), Simon Helberg („Florence Foster Jenkins“), Hailee Steinfeld („The Edge of Seventeen“) sowie Natalie Portman („Jackie“).
Moderiert wird der zweitwichtigste Filmpreis nach den Oscars von Jimmy Fallon. Vergeben werden die Preise am 08. Januar 2017 im Beverly Hilton Hotel.
