Die BET Awards Nominierungen 2013 sind raus!
Rapper Drake führt die Liste unangefochten an. Der Kanadier wurde stolze zwölfmal nominiert, unter anderem als bester Hip Hop Künstler und gleich doppelt für das beste Video („Started From The Bottom“, „HYFR“).
Obwohl bei der Verleihung jedes Jahr afroamerikanische Künstler ausgezeichnet werden, kann sich auch Justin Timberlake Hoffnungen machen. Er wurde viermal vorgeschlagen, hauptsächlich für seine Zusammenarbeit mit Jay-Z.
Rihanna (3x), ihre On-Off-Liebe Chris Brown (1x) und Beyoncé (1x) wurden ebenfalls nominiert. Die Preise werden am 30. Juni im Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles vergeben. Moderieren wird Comedian Chris Tucker.
