Die Nominierten für die BAFTAs 2015 wurden bekanntgegeben

Die Award Season ist in vollem Gange und nun wurden auch die Nominierungen für die BAFTA Awards 2015 bekanntgegeben. Zu den großen Favoriten zählt „The Grand Budapest Hotel“ von Regisseur Wes Anderson mit insgesamt 11 Nominierungen.

In der Kategorie bester Film wird er gegen „Birdman“, „Boyhood“, „The Imitation Game“ und „The Theory of Everything“ antreten. Letztere sind außerdem neben „’71“, „Paddington“, „Pride“ und „Under the Skin“ für den besten britischen Film nominiert.

Als bester Hauptdarsteller gehen Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne, Jake Gyllenhaal, Michael Keaton und Ralph Fiennes ins Rennen. Bei den Ladys sind es Amy Adams, Felicity JonesJulianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon und Rosamund Pike.

Die BAFTAs werden am 8. Februar im Royal Opera House in London verliehen. Bereits zum 10. Mal wird Stephen Fry durch den Abend führen.
