Avril Lavigne und Chad Kroeger sind nicht nur ein Liebespaar, sind sind auch ein musikalisches Paar! Die Musiker standen gemeinsam im Tonstudio um den Song „Let Me Go“ aufzunehmen.
Der Song ist auf Avrils neuem Album zu finden, das im November erscheinen soll. Den Song schrieb das Paar gemeinsam und auch beim Großteil der anderen Songs bekam sie beim Schreiben Unterstützung von Chad.
„Ich kann es nicht erwarten, dass ihr alle meinen neuen Song ‚Let Me Go‘ hören könnt“ zwitscherte die Kanadierin kurz vor der Radiopremiere.
Der Song ist übrigens nicht das einzige Duett auf dem Album. Für den Track Bad Girl“ holte sich Avril Lavigne Marilyn Manson als Unterstützung ins Tonstudio!
