Nun wurde der Clip veröffentlicht, dessen Text nicht jugendfrei ist. In dem Clip sind neben Britney auch will.i.am, Diddy, Lil Wayne, Hit Boy und Waka Flocka Flame zu sehen.
Das Video hat Britney Spears mit ihren Fans auf Facebook geteilt. „Das ist der Remix! Das ‚Scream & Shout‘ Remix Video ist einen Tag eher da… dreht auf!!!“
Will.i.am sagte über den Remix, „er ist so verdammt fresh, dass wir ein Video dafür machen musste. Normalerweise kommt ein Remix einfach raus und gehört zum Original, aber dieser brauchte ein verdammtes Video.“
